We're Responsible for our Choices and Actions!

Almost all the religious preachments and drawings concerning Sampson you'll hear/see portrays Delilah as an 'evil woman' who initiated the fall of Sampson. So where's Sampson in the whole picture?

I've not seen a man of GOD in the entire Scripture who was as irresponsible, careless & reckless with the Anointing upon his life as Sampson was. There was never a time we were told that Sampson spent time with the LORD. All we're told is that he was busy hopping from one woman to another; fighting here and there! It was when he had already been captured by his enemies that he remembered to pray.

Sampson had already fallen before he met Delilah. Besisdes, Delilah didn't come to meet him, he carried himself to her. So there's no point blaming Satan, blaming someone else for our fall. Adam blamed Eve, Eve blamed the Serpent but they were all punished.

Look at the life of Joseph and Daniel! There were also many women around during their time. The difference is that they pursued the right course while Sampson did not. What you seek is what you gonna find. If you seek holiness & righteousness you'll find it, if you seek sin that's exactly what you gonna find.

We're solely responsible for our actions and decisions in life. If we intentionally live in sin, it's at our detriment. If your right hand can cause you to sin, cut it off.

If you know this man/woman will lead you into sin, then stay away. If you know you'll lust at that man/woman, then get filled with the Holy Spirit, get self control, get your heart and mind cleansed with the Word and Blood of Jesus.

Live a holy life!
